ISU License Plates Available!

ISU License PlateIdaho State University Bengal license plates are now available. Show your ISU pride as you drive knowing that you are helping the Bengals because $25 of that goes to ISU scholarships. Keep helping year after year with $25 renewal fee, $15 of that going to scholarships.

A numbered ISU collegiate plate costs $35 above the normal cost of license plates. A personalized plate costs $60 more.

A bold new ISU Bengals logo appears on the redesigned Idaho motor-vehicle collegiate license plate for the university.

An ISU text logo replaces the familiar Bengal tiger's face, which was indistinct from a distance. The plate provides alumni, employees and ISU supporters alike the opportunity to broadcast their pride in and support of Idaho State University.

Income from the collegiate plates also will help ISU fund scholarship aid for ISU students.

"Personalized plates provide a sense of unique identity for individuals while showing off our proud place in the ISU community," says Alumni Relations Executive Director Bill Kobus, who spearheaded the launch of the new design. "By purchasing the new ISU collegiate license plate you will not only be showing pride for the university, but will be contributing to scholarship funds to help our students."

Numbered plates can be obtained at DMV offices in Ada, Bannock and Bonneville counties. Other county DMV offices can order the plates from the Idaho Department of Transportation.
