1 Auto Collision Technology Learn a variety of activities from spraying water with paint guns to practicing airbrushing and fixing bodywork dents. Respiratory Therapy Come learn about Respiratory Therapy and some of the equipment used in the field during a fun hands-on activity taught by the program director at ISU
2 Biology - Bird Development Participants will identify and examine embryo and fetal anatomy of developing birds and relate these structures to the developing human. Magneto Physics Discover what speakers, microphones, motors, and generators have in common and how lots of electric gizmos work. Learn about career opportunities in physics.
3 Civil Engineering Technology Experience the augmented reality sandbox and learn how making cookies is the same as making concrete. Pharm Tech Explore the exciting career of Pharmacy Technician. Students will practice compounding and learn about the concept triturating using the mortar and pestle.
4 Biology - Plants Come and tour ISU's Biological Sciences greenhouses living lab materials collection. Learn some basic plant propagation techniques, and take home a plant. Hands on Engineering Technologies We will have several hands-on activities in Electrical, Mechanical, Instrumentation, Cyber Physical Security and Nuclear Operations that make everyday life possible.
5 CADD Computer Aided Design Drafting Technology Come explore a 3D Building Information Modeling program used in computer aided design drafting. You get to create a small cabin in 3D. Biology - Brains Explore the neuroanatomy of the brain by dissecting or observing a sheep brain in section. Relate this knowledge to the human brain.
6 Medical Assisting Medical Assisting is a versatile, fast growing field in healthcare. Activities will include learning to do vials and reconstitute medications with needles and syringes. Information Technology Learn how to disassemble, reassemble, and test a computer.
7 Diesel Technology Have an opportunity to learn about Diesel engines and hydraulics while participating in hands on activity driving heavy equipment using a simulator. UAS - Unmanned Aerial Systems Practical training session with the Phoenix simulator, Mini Drone training with the Hubsons, and indoor flight training. Large unit flight (weather permitting)
8 Health Occs Come to this informative interactive workshop to learn how the testing and donation of blood works. Blood typing is an essential part of healthcare and saving lives. Aircraft Maintenance Technology Students will participate in a valve lapping activity and learn how to safely wire bolts and screws.
9 Magneto Physics Discover what speakers, microphones, motors, and generators have in common and how lots of electric gizmos work. Learn about career opportunities in physics. Nursing: It's More Than a Cute Hat Nursing takes guts, skill, and lots of knowledge. Use math to determine how much medication a patient needs, and even give a shot (to an orange)!
10 Law Enforcement Meet several female students learning to become police officers. The class will also discuss gun safety and shooting skills. Robotics Technology Learn how to control robot movements with motors and sensors, and build a simple drive circuit.

18 PTA, OTA (2 1/2 hours in one activity) Participate in hands-on activities showcasing skills acquired in the Occupational Therapy Assistant and Physical Therapy Assistant career paths.
19 Computerized Machining Technology (2 hours in one activity) Attendees will design, draw, and program a keychain/nameplate using a CAD/CAM system and cut it out on a CNC mill.
