Courtney Rudick (recent alumnus and clinical faculty), Catherine WIlson (graduate student) and JoAnn Gurenlian (professor and graduate program director) have an article entitled "Caring for Stroke Survivors" in the October issue of Dimensions of Dental Hygiene

Monika Alcorn, RDH, MS, and faculty member Tara Johnson, RDH, PhD co-authored "New Addition to the Caries Armamentarium" in the July issue of Dimensions of Dental Hygiene

Courtney Perrachione was awarded 2nd Place for the Dentsply/ADHA Graduate Student Clinician Research Program during the American Dental Hygienists' Association 92nd Annual Session in Nashville, TN. There were fifteen other graduate students from across the US presenting at this event.

Kris Dowling was featured in the column "From the Podium" for her continuing education programs on nutrition and functional medicine.

Jacqueline Juhl in the July 2014 issue of RDH. The Public Health section (pages 28-29) features an article about Jacqueline Juhl's mission work. During her coursework in the graduate program, Jacqueline spent five months participating in two humanitarian missions as part of an independent study project.

Christine Rogers was recently offered the position of Senior Clinic Coordinator, Worcester Campus, Massachusetts College of Pharmacy and Health Sciences, Forsyth School of Dental Hygiene.

Lisa Belt was just named Director of the BSDH Degree Completion Program at Wichita State University.

Elena Francisco published her thesis research in the December issue of the Journal of Dental Hygiene entitled "Dental Hygienists' Knowledge, Attitudes and Practice Behaviors Regarding Caries Risk Assessment and Management" with co-authors Tara Johnson, Jacqueline Freudenthal, and Galen Louis

Elena Francisco and Merri Jones published "Recognize the Signs" a continuing education article about child abuse and neglect in the February 2014 issue of Dimensions of Dental Hygiene
