General Billing Information
Students have access to their account information through BengalWeb. We expect students to complete fee payment in a timely manner, and to review their account periodically to take care of any outstanding charges. We will use electronic notification such as email, campus announcements, and personal announcements to alert students of changes in charges, etc.
We expect students to use the tools available to them on BengalWeb to review their account and pay fees.
If you have questions about your account, please call (208) 282-3000, and a customer service representative will be happy to help you. Delinquent accounts will be reviewed and appropriate late charges may accrue based on outstanding past due balances.
