Neiheisel is ISU’s new associate provost for enrollment management
New Idaho State University Associate Provost for Enrollment Management Steven R. Neiheisel, Ph.D., brings to ISU more than 20 years of experience as dean and director of enrollment offices. ISU Fall 2007 enrollment up 532 students to 13,208
Idaho State University officials have announced enrollment figures as of the 10th day of enrollment for fall 2007. Overall enrollment includes 13,208 students, an increase of 532 students or 4.2 percent increase from fall 2006. (more…)

ISU Rugby Club faces Air Force Academy Sept. 15; breakfast, tailgate party precede game
The Idaho State University Men’s Rugby Club team will face off against the U.S. Air Force Academy on Sept. 15 on the rugby pitch at the top of Bartz Field.
A free pancake breakfast for kids will precede the game from 8 to 10 a.m., and the Pocatello Fire Department will have a fire engine on display. A tailgate party sponsored by Associated Students of ISU will begin at 11 a.m. with a raffle and prizes to be given away. Food and T-shirts will be available for purchase. (more…)

ISU dental hygiene students’ good deeds go a long way
When the Idaho State University Dental Hygiene student chapter of the American Dental Hygienists’ Association (SADHA) began their small community service project in 2005, they never counted on receiving national recognition – which is exactly what they landed this past summer.
The group recently received the SADHA Community Service Award for the second time in three years for their work treating underserved children in Pocatello. (more…)
