Non-Resident Tuition Waiver
The primary scholarship opportunity for international students at Idaho State University comes in the form of the Non-Resident Tuition Waiver. The minimum requirement is to have at least a 3.00 cumulative GPA. The scholarship deadline is May 1 and November 1 of each year. If you are awarded, you will be notified of your award by e-mail.

If you are a NEW (incoming student) attending ISU for the first time, your application for admission serves as your scholarship application. There is no separate scholarship application to complete. NRTW awards are competitive and early awards may be given to those with very high GPAs.
If you are an undergraduate international student who is CURRENTLY ENROLLED Full-Time at Idaho State University and have at least a 3.00 cumulative GPA, you may qualify for a non-resident tuition waiver. For consideration, please submit the following:

- Unofficial transcript
